We want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of authentic Herman Miller products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
